Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Prime Pick Up will cover the return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
