Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Customers are requested to keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you place your order. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly mentioned on our website.

Order Confirmation

To ensure smooth delivery, we may contact customers by phone or WhatsApp to confirm their order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
